‘Home From Home’ was a personal illustration project, in which I challenged myself to try and tell a story with no written narration. The story depicts a space cadet on an alien planet, going about either her daily routine or a specific mission, and it suggests that she is looking for some kind of new and potentially dangerous life form. The final panel shows her with her latest find - a type of succulent plant. The idea is to convey that she has discovered a way to continue the things she enjoyed on earth, in her new habitat. This 4-panel illustration was exhibited at the OXO Tower in London in 2017.
